Server Name Change

If you are having any issues with your email, please check this first!

The HowTech hosting servers have been updated to use the correct domain names. This means that if you have any email settings or bookmarks that refer to london-1.headforwards.com you will need to change them to london-1.howtech.uk

The IP addresses and your account details are not affected.

 

Before Submitting a Ticket

For us to provide the most speedy and accurate service to you, we need great info.

If you read the knowledgebase or search our help, you will be guided through the basic tests and information requirements that will help to get you up and running faster.

Don't forget to provide an alternate email address on another provider e.g. gmail, hotmail etc. to guarantee that you get our responses.

Abuse

If you believe your domain is being used to abuse other systems, or you are visting this site to report abuse from a domain hosted by HowTech, please create a Security Issue/Alert ticket with High priority. See our UK Domain Dispute Resolution Policy for further details. To report abuse via email, please use abuse@howell.co.uk to contact us. We will respond within one working day.

If you have any complaints regarding our hosting or domain registration services, please create a new ticket, selecting Complaints as the ticket type.
